Service Advisor/
Foreman
(Fargo)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee our team of diesel technicians and ensure that all repairs are performed correctly and efficiently while maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with the Service Manager on the completion of repairs
• Prepare, maintain, and close repair orders as necessary
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of repairs while working closely with the customer
• Work with the service manager in monitoring efficiency of each technician
• Identify technician needs to help improve their skill level and work performance
• Help answering overflow of incoming service calls

Requirements:

• Prior diesel mechanic experience is required along with previous experience in a lead or foreman role
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 11:30pm
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s service department

Body Shop Technician/
Mechanic
(Fargo)

Responsibilities:

• Replacing and repairing truck bodies
• Mechanical duties such as replacing radiators, real axles, springs, suspensions, etc. as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior diesel mechanical background
• Frame and alignment background a plus but is not required
•  Must be able to work Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s body shop department

Parts Counter Salesperson

Responsibilities:

• Variety of customer service related to over the counter and phone sales
• Stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and deliver of parts and accessories

Requirements:

• One to two years parts experience preffered however, we are willing to train the right individual
• Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Ability to contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealership’s parts department
